OUR POLICY

Late Policy: 

BitterFoxx Studios has a 5 minute grace period. After 5 minutes you will NOT be serviced. If you are late and able to reschedule same day a $12 late fee WILL be accessed. Please arrive early to use bathroom before getting serviced.

 

Cancellations:

Appointments cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours will be charged the FULL amount of All services booked.

 

No-Show Policy:

No Call, No show, you will be required to pay for ALL services booked with the card that’s on file. Your account will be disabled, and will no longer be able to book services at BitterFoxx Studios.

 

Deposit:

At the time of booking, a 50% deposit of the total amount of your service(s) is required. As a courtesy, we offer Rebooking after your appointment without a deposit. Any changes made to your appointment (time/date) must be made on the Vagaro app, at that time a deposit will be required. The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.

Products Policy

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us within five business days of delivery. Should any other problem arise with your order due to an error on our end (i.e., incorrect item, etc.), please get in touch with us at bitterfoxx@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we will rectify the issue.

Shipping 

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Items in stock will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days from the receipt of payment, excluding holidays. All Domestic are shipped UPS. You will not receive your tracking information until item is leaving site for delivery. 

Please note we are not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the carrier itself.

Orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm (ET).
